Returns & Refund Policy

We offer hassle free returns on all orders containing non-customised items. If you change your mind, please send your order back to the address on the packing slip within 14 days and we will get in touch to arrange the refund for the fabric. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund for the delivery fees & the fabric must be unused. 

  • Non Returnable Items- Please be aware that there are certain items that are non-refundable. This includes mixed fabric bundles, fabrics cut to customer specified lengths & remnant boxes/bundles.

  • Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned goods & after your items have been checked. This usually takes 2 working days. After this point, your refund may take 5 working days to reach your account.

  • How can I return items?

    Items can be sent back to our returns address-

    Cut Price Fabrics, Wholesale Buildings, Woodhead Road, Bradford, BD7 1PD

    • Please ensure that your items are packaged securely & ensure that the return address is clear and visible on the parcel.
    • If you are returning any items due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the returns label. 
    • Using a tracked label is advisable, as we can not take any responsibility for lost parcels.
    • If your order contains any errors, please contact us via the form below and we will arrange a returns label for you. This is subject to approval of your claim from our customer care team.

    How can I get in touch regarding a problem with my order?

    Processing Refunds

    All refunds will be issued within 3 working days after receiving your returned goods. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the refunded sum to reach your account, depending on the payment method used.
